• Recruit and train sales team
• Set sales goals, compare performance against goals and adjust goals as needed
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
• Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Cultivating a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest necessary corrective actions.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in sales
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
• Good leadership skills
• Good negotiation skills and secure profitable agreements
• Experience setting sales goals
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• In-depth understanding of CRM systems and best practices
• Mastery of Microsoft Office
• Preferably in the Petfood industry. If not, atleast in the food industry. Knowledgeable in the field of distribution and sales and marketing strategy to promote the brands.
