About the opportunity

• We are looking for a commercial and revenue driven Junior Sales Manager (18 Months Fixed-Term Contract) to join our DE Agency team and play a key role in supporting and driving new and existing business growth across the biggest agencies in Germany. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our agency sales team to drive revenue, create proposals, build relationships across agencies and deliver solutions that align with client goals. You have a high affinity in driving business growth, a general understanding of the advertising landscape and are highly motivated to get stuck into a sales role and be hands on.

What will you do?

• Gain a wide understanding of the German Agency Landscape.

• Support the Agency Sales Team in creating proposals, answering briefings, tracking
pipeline and deliver best in class client servicing.

• Proactively search for new business opportunities across the agency landscape.

• Collaborate and work closely with other departments (Account managers, Client
Direct Team, Creative, Data and Insights) to drive revenue.

• Be a crucial member of the team to help achieve and over exceed revenue and growth
targets.

• Your skills and experiences:
○ Highly motivated to be part of a revenue and performance driven team.
○ Initial knowledge of digital advertising, including performance, online video, display and CTV.
○ First Sales Experience is beneficial.
○ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
○ Strategic, solution-oriented and self-driven.
○ Fluent in German, English is beneficial.
