How You 'll Make An Impact
• Generate and deliver regular reports, dashboards and performance insights for stakeholders, management and department leads.
• Prepare regular datasets and reports for internal and external partners.
• Assist in providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
• Utilize and monitor various data cubes and KPIs.
• Support, update, and maintain CRM data (HubSpot or similar).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key business metrics and contribute to automation improvements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• University Degree in Statistics, or other related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in data extraction, analysis, and transformation, ideally working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of payment card products and transaction structures is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and BI tools, with basic SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is beneficial.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
