Bij Securitas werk je in een dynamische en complexe organisatie waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Als Junior Salarisadministrateur bij Securitas hoef je je geen moment te vervelen. Je werkt met verschillende CAO’s, diverse personeelshandboeken, 25 loonbedrijven en meerdere verloningsmomenten. Afwisseling genoeg dus.

Wat ga je doen:

• Je verwerkt en wijzigt salarisgegevens tijdig en nauwkeurig in ons HR-systeem.
• Je controleert salarismutaties en declaraties op basis van CAO’s en interne richtlijnen.
• Je ondersteunt bij loonbeslagen, voorschotten, aangiftes loonheffingen en verlofmutaties.
• Je levert informatie aan externe partijen zoals de Belastingdienst, UWV, pensioenfondsen en deurwaarders.

Je werkt secuur, houdt overzicht en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen. Daarnaast heb je:

• Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
• Al minstens 2 jaar je PDL (Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie) op zak
• Zeker al 2 jaar gewerkt als salaris- of loonadministrateur
• Enige kennis van AFAS. Dat is mooi meegenomen
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
• En je woont bij voorkeur binnen 40 km van ons hoofdkantoor in Breukelen

• Een fulltime dienstverband (40 uur)
• Salaris tussen € 3.150,- en € 4.480,- per 4 weken, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en opleiding
• 28 vakantiedagen bij fulltime werken
• Hybride werken kan
• Reiskostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling
• Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast
