The Role:
Are you ready to take your first step into the world of financial markets? Whether you’re fresh out of university or have up to one year of finance experience, this is your opportunity to kick-start your career as a Junior Dealer.
As part of our RTEO (Reception, Transmission & Execution of Orders) team, you will learn how to process and oversee financial transactions, monitor market trends, and support clients while developing hands-on skills in trading operations.
This is an excellent entry point into the finance industry, with plenty of opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Learn to receive, transmit, and execute financial transactions in FX, Futures, Commodities, and Stock Markets.
Provide customer and technical support to clients.
Assist in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Prepare and analyze reports (standard and ad-hoc).
Keep up to date with market information, monitoring trends, dividends, stock splits, and corporate actions.
Support risk management and contribute to product analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Math's or in other related fields
Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory.
0–1 year of experience in the finance industry (graduates encouraged to apply).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
Willingness to pass the CySEC examination (with company support).
