Job Summary
Join our Risk & Liquidity team as a Junior Analyst, where you’ll monitor trading activity, market conditions, and account exposure. This entry-level role focuses on reporting and escalation, not direct adjustments, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced global trading environment. As part of supporting international markets, night and graveyard shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities - Provide details of each of the key responsibilities for the role.

Monitor trades, account activity, positions, market depth, spreads, and order book activity to identify unusual or high-risk patterns.

Track overall risk exposure, flag anomalies, and escalate issues to senior management while upholding strict standards of privacy and integrity.

Support incident reporting, documentation, and prepare clear summaries for management review.

Provide accurate monitoring and timely escalation rather than direct adjustments.

Take initiative in identifying process improvements, contributing ideas to enhance monitoring efficiency and system accuracy.

Gain cross-functional exposure across both risk and liquidity functions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong numerical, analytical, and pattern recognition skills.

Proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in MT4/MT5 platforms an advantage.

Basic understanding of coding (Python, SQL, or similar) preferred.

Ability to focus and remain accurate under pressure.
