Job Description

The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RFP Content Manager Co-Op to join our bid/proposal team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the creation, organization, and optimization of content used in RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses for the public sector SaaS market as well as supporting recent AI initiatives and team metrics tracking. 

You’ll work alongside experienced proposal professionals to learn how organizations respond to complex RFPs, manage a large body of knowledge, and craft content that helps win new business. This position is ideal for someone with strong writing, research, collaborative, and organizational skills who’s interested in marketing, communications, or business development.

 

What You'll Do:

Content Library Management

Assist in maintaining the company’s RFP content library (e.g.,SharePoint, HighSpot, etc.)

Help tag, organize, and update existing content to ensure accuracy and usability.

Review and edit responses for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.

Support version control and tracking of content changes across teams.

Content Library Development Support

Assist proposal writers in sourcing and organizing content for RFP and RFI responses.

Support document formatting, proofreading, and compliance checks.

Conduct research to fill content gaps and ensure up-to-date information on company offerings, capabilities, and metrics.

Collaboration & Learning

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments (product, sales, marketing) to collect and verify information.

Participate in proposal team meetings and content review sessions.

Learn about proposal best practices and content strategy

Assist in team-wide metrics tracking and collaborate on recent AI initiatives 

Continuous Improvement

Suggest improvements for content organization, tagging, and usability.

Help develop new templates, standard responses, or process documentation.

Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall efficiency of the RFP response process.

 

What You Bring:

Required:

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Communications, Finance, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Comfortable working with large sets of written content and structured data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Preferred:

Interest in proposal management and content strategy

Experience with content or knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint).

Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce). 

Basic understanding of project coordination or collaborative workflows.

Basic understanding of AI tools and workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude AI, CoPilot)

Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office. 

 

Compensation Range: $19 - $22
