Junior Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As a Junior Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will support the operational performance of Bus Partners and routes within your region. You will focus on operational execution, technical readiness of the fleet and operational support tasks, working closely with the Regional Operations Manager.

This is a hands-on operational role combining technical coordination, operational support, field work and project assistance.

About the Role

• Oversee management of Bus Partners and routes, ensuring operational standards in safety, punctuality, and quality, while supporting monitoring of operational KPIs and implementing improvement actions

• Coordinate bus equipment readiness, including onboard devices, destination boards, stickers, mandatory equipment, and manage all operational hardware and technical equipment assigned to Bus Partners and drivers

• Lead ordering, replacement, and tracking of operational and technical equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage across partners

• Support vehicle and driver inspections, follow up on identified issues, and contribute to operational trainings and onboarding of Bus Partners and drivers

• Assist in operational projects and process‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality

• Support the resolution of operational disruptions and incidents together with the Regional Operations Manager

• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to operational reporting and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency

About You

• Fluent Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken is a must

• Experience in operations, transport, logistics, or technical coordination roles, including work with external partners

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a technical mindset and ability to manage hardware and operational equipment

• Readiness to travel within the region when legally permitted

• Experience in passenger transport operations (nice to have)

• Experience managing equipment or technical assets (nice to have)

• Knowledge of a Caucasian language (nice to have)
