Junior Recruiter

We need a recruiter to bring the best developers to the community to cover the client's needs. What you'll be doing:

Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;

Screen and evaluate candidates' skills through interviews and assessments;

Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success representatives to source developers for specific projects; 

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to CV polishing and onboarding; 

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in our ATS;

Keep up with industry trends and propose improved sourcing and recruitment strategies;

Join and take part in creating activities such as educational digests, team retrospectives, and learning workshops.

What we're looking for:

Advanced English, both written and spoken;

Knowledge of remote hiring best practices; 

Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms;

Comfortable with evening working hours;

Understanding of the software development process, familiarity with the most popular programming languages, and frameworks;

Have a natural curiosity about people, business and the world; 

Easy to get along with people, enjoy effective and up-to-the-point communication;

Proactive and organized — you can juggle several roles without breaking a sweat;

Flexible mindset — you’re cool with adjusting scripts and approaches as the market shifts;

Clear and healthy communication.

Qualifications:

Experience in IT recruitment or technical support, 1+ years;

Prior experience working in a startup environment would be nice;

Any IT course certificates. The more, the better.
