Descripción del rol Estamos buscando un Recruiting Specialist presencial en Lima, Perú, para gestionar procesos de selección de alto volumen y apoyar al equipo de reclutamiento en diferentes etapas. El rol exige una persona organizada, comunicativa y con experiencia comprobada en mass hiring, preferiblemente en sectores como home care, salud, hospitalidad o áreas afines.
Responsabilidades principales
• Gestionar aplicaciones y pipelines de candidatos.
• Programar entrevistas y coordinar comunicación con cuidadores y candidatos.
• Mantener y actualizar publicaciones de empleo de forma semanal.
• Apoyar procesos de recontratación, verificaciones de antecedentes y referencias laborales.
• Brindar soporte administrativo post-contratación para asegurar una transición adecuada de los nuevos ingresos.
Perfil requerido
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en reclutamiento en alto volumen (mass hiring).
• Nivel de Inglés avanzado - Conversacional y Escrito
• Capacidad para gestionar 30–40 entrevistas semanales.
• Alta adaptabilidad, organización y excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Disponibilidad inmediata y total para trabajar de forma presencial en Centro Cívico.
• Experiencia en home care (preferida). También se consideran perfiles de salud, hospitalidad o industria médica.
