For our new offices in Kosovo, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (German-speaking).
Job Description
• Independently manage the entire recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a quick and efficient candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for our team.
• Manage applicants and coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner for our departments and provide professional support in recruiting.
• Monitor current recruiting trends and contribute ideas for further development of our hiring strategies.
Qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory).
• Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
• Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
Additional Information
• Regular employment contract based on Kosovo law
