Junior Reconciliation Officer - Cyprus

XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a Junior Reconciliation Officer to join our team of experts in Cyprus, Limassol.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily reconciliations of transactions between PSPs (Payment Service Providers), client banks, and internal platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Reconcile settlements and top-ups with banks and PSPs, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.

Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in reconciliations, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and discrepancies, ensuring all issues are documented and tracked until resolution.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve reconciliation issues and discrepancies promptly.

Assist in the development and maintenance of reconciliation procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare regular reconciliation reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas requiring attention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.

Previous experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or related roles will be considered as an advantage.

Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System (MRS) will be considered as an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
