We are looking for a meticulous and driven Junior Quality Assurance Analyst with exposure to the FinTech or banking sector. In this role, you will assist in testing financial systems and applications to ensure their accuracy, performance, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to help deliver high-quality digital solutions in a regulated environment.

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

• Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on financial platforms and digital banking systems.
• Identify, log, and track defects using test management or issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and analysts to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Conduct testing across multiple environments (UAT, staging, production) for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Support testing of features related to payments, loans, digital wallets, user onboarding, or other financial services.
• Assist in validating system compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS).
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and knowledge bases.
• Help monitor application performance and user feedback post-deployment.


Requirements:
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with financial systems and terms (e.g., digital payments, KYC, transactions).
• Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Selenium – a plus).
• Knowledge of APIs and how to validate API requests and responses.
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Exposure to the FinTech, banking, or financial services industry is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Experience with mobile and cross-browser testing.
• Understanding of automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., basic Python, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Awareness of financial security and compliance standards.
• Data Migration/Data cleansing experience is a plus
