Your start with us: You’ll join our Client Service & Consulting team with a focus on project management. From the very beginning, experienced colleagues will guide you through a structured onboarding process and intensive knowledge transfer.
Your development with us: • Project management of client and internal projects
• Project planning, controlling, and implementation to achieve defined KPIs
• Supporting senior managers in managing key accounts
• Preparing and tracking proposals as well as providing ongoing client support
• Serving as the interface between Account Management, functional departments, and clients
• Organizing and preparing meetings and presentations
• Maintaining CRM data and documenting relevant processes

Requirements:
• Completed education (business school, university degree, etc.) in a business or communications field, or comparable experience
• Initial experience in digital marketing, customer service, or project management is a plus
• Interest in digital tools and openness to AI-supported workflows (e.g., Gemini in Google Workspace)
• A structured, reliable, and independent work style
• An open-minded personality who enjoys teamwork and communication
• Organizational skills and a good sense of priorities
• Very good German and good English skills

Salary:
The annual gross basic salary for this position starts from € 52,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, a fair overpayment is possible. In addition, our performance-based remuneration model offers you the opportunity to actively increase your income.
