We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this role, you will support us in managing data center construction projects and ensure that they are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.

• Support senior project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of data center construction projects
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes
• Support the management of project changes and scope adjustments
• Assist in developing and maintaining project management tools and templates

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related area
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Basic understanding of design, construction, and IT infrastructure concepts for data centers
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Efficient time management and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent English skills and German skills (spoken and written)
• Project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, Prince2 Foundation) are an advantage
• Experience in construction or IT infrastructure projects is a plus
• Willingness to work fulltime on-site
