Position:
Jung von Matt is looking for a Junior Project Manager Digital (d/f/m) for our Experience team. You support the coordination of digital projects and learn the craft of delivery management in an interdisciplinary environment - from briefing and planning to QA and launch support.
Your tasks:
• Support planning and coordination of digital projects (websites, landing pages, platform enhancements)
• Assist in requirements documentation, meeting preparation, and task tracking
• Support communication between clients, designers, developers and external partners
• Help maintain timelines, risks, and project documentation; support QA and launch preparation
• Support basic budget/time tracking and project organization
What you score with:
• First experience in digital projects (internship, working student role, traineeship)
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Interest in digital platforms (CMS/e-commerce), user experience and how design & tech connect
• Confidence in communication and willingness to ask the “right questions”
• Basic knowledge of agile working methods is a plus
• Fluent German and good English
• Team mindset, reliability and motivation to learn quickly
Experience:
• Any exposure to digital delivery, agency workflows, or platform projects is a plus
• Curiosity for SEO/performance and accessibility considerations is welcome
