Junior Project Manager (d/f/m)

Position:
Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a full time Junior Project Manager (d/f/m) for our gaming- & esports vertical.
 
The Task:
•       Supporting the gaming team in planning, organizing and delivering projects
•       Supporting the gaming team in researching & presenting market & community insights
•       Coordinating timings, deadlines and internal alignments between creative, consulting and external partners
•       Maintaining project plans, status updates and task lists
•       Preparing, documenting and following up on meetings and presentations
•       Supporting budget tracking, cost control and project controlling
•       Creating and maintaining project and job documentation
•       Communicating with internal teams and external service providers in alignment with the project lead
•       Identifying risks or issues during the project and escalating them to the responsible project manager
•       Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and workflows
 

About You:
•       Basic understanding of agency and project workflows across consulting, creation and production
•       Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
•       Possess prior knowledge or at least an interest in gaming, esports and culture marketing
•       Confident use of common office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
•       Clear and reliable communication skills in English (written and spoken)
•       Basic numerical skills and initial cost awareness
•       Strong team spirit and willingness to take responsibility and learn
•       Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in parallel and set priorities
•       You are based in Hamburg – or open to relocate here in future
