About the role
This role focuses on creating and managing email communications using HTML and tools like Knak for our pharmaceutical industry client. Key duties include programming emails, managing content across platforms, handling simple creative updates, and maintaining compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong digital design and technical skills, clear communication, project management experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. You will be responsible for brand alignment and effective collaboration with internal teams for smooth delivery.
What you’ll do
Program emails in HTML based on provided copy and layout, or assemble emails using Knak (https://knak.com/) as the primary tool
Be willing to upskill and utilize proprietary tools available, with training provided as needed
Collaborate with local brand teams and cross-functional groups to produce layouts and program emails, as well as occasional newsletters for healthcare professionals
Handle basic design and layout tasks and apply omnichannel tagging
Engage with the Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company stakeholders, relevant market teams, Innovation and Business Excellence teams as required
Perform simple video and image editing tasks and quickly update or refresh existing materials (such as resizing and making minor updates, considered a beneficial skill)
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and consistent application of relevant policies, procedures, and operational frameworks
About you
Minimum 1-2 years experience; Graduate or post-graduate, preferably with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information system or in similar field
Proactive, eager to learn, and dedicated to driving innovation and continuous improvement
Experience and Demonstrable skills in email or digital design
Awareness of usability and accessibility standards, including responsiveness, readability, and adaptability for multiple devices and screen formats
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Preference: Experience with digital assets in pharmaceutical marketing
