Job Description

** Please note this is a half-time position (20h/week) and is Poland-based only. **

As a Junior Product Manager, you will support projects and initieves related to customer journey and product development. You’ll work closely with the development team and the Head of Product Growth to help deliver valuable features and great experience to GetResponse customers.

On a daily basis, you will support the leading Product Manager and IT team with operational tasks, conduct product and market research, and help build basic analytical dashboards that support data-driven decisions.

Main responsibilities:

• providing operational support for the Product Management team
• supporting product backlog management
• facilitating agile team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, project meetings)
• running exploratory testing of developed solutions
• monitoring the quality and performance of released features
• tracking and reporting key product KPIs

Additionally:

• supporting product growth research (competitive analysis, benchmarking, quantitative and qualitative user analysis)
• building basic analytical dashboards in tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

• 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, or operations role
• hands-on experience with Jira for backlog and task management
• solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• ability to facilitate team ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives)
• strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• good communication and organizational skills
• Polish and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• basic exerience with Jira, Scrum, Agile, AI researches

Nice-to-have experience:

• exposure to product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
• basic understanding of growth concepts (acquisition, activation, monetization, retention)
• experience conducting competitive research or user analysis
• familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and SaaS environments
• experience running product experiments and reporting results
• familiarity with marketing automation and GetResponse
• university degree (or currently completing one)

Salary range:

• half- time contract of employment: 3 500 - 5 000 PLN gross/month
• possible other forms of cooperation
