• Complete requirement analysis and create PRD

• Define product release scope and roadmap, track Product Board and JIRA

• Define and track the release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team

• Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design

• Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs

• Perform product demos to field teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

• Collect product feedback and keep improving the product

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related majors

• Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task and work well under pressure

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative

• Knowing Google Workspace or Salesforce platform would be preferred

• Having AI work experience and a basic understanding, or having studied AI before, is a plus point
