The Services Junior Product Manager role is a Product Management and Development role, responsible to perform all required activities associated to the current and potential technical services of Enerwave. The primary services that the Junior Product Manager will manage are PV Net Billing, Heat Pumps, E-Mobility Services, Smart Home and other energy related services. These activities indicatively include, preparation of technoeconomic offers, vendor management, product design, business-model set-up, contracts formulation, service launch, life-cycle management and service evaluation. The Junior Product Manager (Services) will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Services portfolio in order them to be properly delivered to end customers.

What will you do:

• Gathers and process all market information (idea, market analysis, competitive analysis) to identify and build a new service proposal to the Head of Marketing and Services Section Manager.
• Manages the service implementation project plan and coordinates the deliverables of internal and external project's stakeholders.
• Prepares the technoeconomic offer, manages related vendors of associated products, creates contracts and terms & conditions
• Suggests and develops service pricing and sales strategies, commercialization, distribution and promotion roadmap
• Provides the Sales teams with associated information, training sessions and material to promote the related products
• Coordinates the creation and distribution of service legal documentation, communication and sales materials. Collects and prepares services' commercial reports for company's management.
• Monitors and participates in the service delivery process and the lifecycle management. (e.g. stock/warehouse management, project management, service improvement)
• Identifies service's possible improvements, which includes, among other: process optimization, customer satisfaction increase, profitability increase, etc. Updates by creating the implementation action plan and managing improvements/updates' implementation.
• Performs pre-sales activities when needed

What you need to be successful:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or other related field
• MSc degree would be welcome and an additional degree in Business or Economics is considered a plus
• 3 years of relevant working experience in product management, service development or implementing technical projects in the energy sector
• Experience in PV Net Billing, Heat Pumps, e-mobility sector or other energy services is considered a plus

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Very good analytical & synthesis skills and numerical understanding
• Understanding of the energy sector
• Strong technical or/and technology skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
