Manex AI is developing an LLM-native data platform for agentic production control. As a Junior Product Impact Engineer, you will support the integration of our platform into leading production environments and learn how to translate complex technical systems into measurable added value for factories. You will become a trusted technical contact for our customers, manage complex technical integration projects, and perform applied product management.

YOUR ROLE:
• Support technical integration of our platform into customer IT landscapes
• Drive customer-facing technical project management, from kick-off to go-live
• Learn how production processes, IT infrastructure and AI products intersect
• Troubleshoot, document, and co-create solutions alongside senior engineers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration playbooks
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and specifications

WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (Master’s a plus)
• 0 to 2 years professional experience or internships in consulting, tech, or manufacturing
• You’ve built projects on your own, not afraid to get hands-on
• Strong analytical and communication skills, you can explain tech to non-tech
• Curiosity for manufacturing and how factories actually run
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich or surrounding area, ready to go all-in with us
