The Role:
ControlUp is looking for a Junior Product Designer as part of the User Experience team.
As a member of our group, you’ll be immersed in building unified, forward-thinking experiences, collaborating across disciplines, and tackling complex design challenges. In this position, you’ll address design problems and turn them into solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use.

Responsibilities in this role include::
• Designing and refining user funnels and workflows from initial concept through usability testing, iteration, research, interviews, and surveys.
• Delivering end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs with business objectives across both web and mobile platforms, while maintaining a broad perspective.
• Producing detailed design deliverables such as vision statements, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work daily with Senior Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to turn technical requirements into "enjoyable-to-use" interfaces.
• Coordinating and facilitating usability testing, analytics, and other user research activities with project stakeholders to validate current and future feature designs.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, advocating for the adoption of new approaches and ideas within the design process.

About you::
• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design (internships and bootcamp projects count!).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design - Must
• Technical Tooling: Figma. - Must
• Skills:- Excellent communication and organizational skills; you can explain the reasoning behind your design choices.- Problem solving skills with the ability to propose multiple solutions into elegant design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, from messy sketches and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Designing with design system, AI technologies, motion design, or basic front-end constraints
• Language: Advanced English
