In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, generating concepts that drive revenue and production opportunities while staying on strategy and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

Concept Generation: Visualize innovative solutions for client presentations using both digital and analogue sketching.

Strategic Research: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor behavior to inform design decisions.

CAD Modeling & Visualization: Utilize CREO for detailed modeling and 3D Studio Max to create high-polished, captivating renderings.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work alongside Art Directors, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project handovers and technical manufacturability.

Real-World Application: Conduct regular trade visits to gain insights and understand the physical challenges of the retail environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.

Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and rendering skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CREO and 3D Studio Max is essential.

Mindset: A proactive, hard-working team player who is adaptable to change and has a high level of emotional intelligence.

Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex creative concepts and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
