As a (Junior) Pricing Analyst (m/f/d), you’ll shape our international pricing strategies and help deliver the best value to our customers. • Continuously improve REPA’s international pricing strategies in close collaboration with sales, product management, and procurement
• Support daily pricing operations, including implementing and maintaining price lists and handling pricing requests
• Conduct price and margin simulations to support business decisions
• Monitor and analyze key pricing KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Assist in project work related to pricing initiatives and process improvements

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, result-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English (C1) and conversional in German (B2), both written and spoken
• Experience in pricing considered a huge plus
• Nice to have: Experience with a pricing software (e.g. PFX, PROS, ...)
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative spirit with a desire to work in an international, cross-functional team
• Eagerness to grow and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
