What We are looking for

As a Junior Pre-Event Trader (Soccer), you will be responsible for ensuring first-class sports offerings, giving customers an industry-leading experience. You will be researching and analyzing data, odds compiling, and risk management of a variety of domestic and international Soccer leagues.

What you will work on

• Compiling odds manually and using automated data feeds
• Managing risk on soccer events to optimize pre-event margins
• Conducting customer profiling and analysis on a bet-by-bet basis
• Improving trading tools and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive sports offering
• Developing and managing data-driven, analytical tools for odds creation
• Monitoring competitors' offers and products to provide insights and suggestions for increased competitiveness
• Identifying, assessing, and taking necessary actions to eliminate or minimize risks

What you bring

• Working Experience in a relevant position is nice to have
• Possess strong knowledge and interest in soccer, especially the Brazilian and LATAM soccer leagues.
• Good understanding of sports odds
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours in line with the business and sports calendar requirements including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is a plus
