Junior PPC Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

Are you passionate about digital advertising and eager to kick-start your career in paid media? We are looking for a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, managing campaigns across both search/social channels. You’ll help drive performance, analyze data, and learn from hands-on experience with multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.

• Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and creative content.

• Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Interest in digital marketing, especially PPC and social advertising.
1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.

• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English
