Junior Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Personal Assistant to support senior executives operating across Germany and Singapore. You will manage complex schedules, manage cross-border logistics and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

This is a trusted role at the centre of a fast-moving, international startup - ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks two steps ahead, and enjoys being a force multiplier for leadership.  that requires discretion, professionalism and the ability to anticipate the executive’s needs across Germany and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Effectively and proactively manage the Executives’ calendar across multiple time zones.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate internal and external client meetings, delegation visits, team and client events and stakeholder meetings, including logistics such as venue booking.

Organize travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Manage claims submission according to the company’s claims policy. 

Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and information with discretion.

Assist with light operational tasks and special projects as needed.

YOU HAVE  

About 3-5 years of experience in a Personal/Team Assistant role working with senior management or C-suite executives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; knowledge of other European languages is a big plus.

Strong exposure to international, cross-time-zone environments.

Exceptional organisation and time management skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace and other modern productivity tools (e.g., Xero, Jira, Confluence), preferably also open source productivity environments (e.g., Nextcloud, Collabora). Note that Resaro does not routinely use Microsoft applications. 

High degree of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
