You understand the fundamentals (contracts, compliance, backoffice processes) – or you’re excited to learn quickly and take ownership.
What you`ll do:
• Office management: Keep our Berlin HQ running smoothly (client reception, office supplies, snacks, cleaning coordination, overnight guests)
• Workplace experience: Create a professional, welcoming, and inspiring environment for colleagues and guests.
• Events: Organize office events and team offsites that bring people together.
• HR: Support hiring processes, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and employee data – with care and attention to detail.
• Processes & tools: Build simple HR and office structures that scale with us as we grow.
• Compliance: Help ensure legal requirements and data protection are handled responsibly.
• Backoffice support: Take on essential admin tasks that keep the team moving and step in wherever support is needed.
