The role:
The main responsibility of this position is to oversee salary processing for our employees in Portugal, along with maintaining and managing all associated documentation. Join our team and apply today as a Junior Payroll Specialist!
What you’ll do:
• Conduct salary processing for more than 500 employees
• Process payments to the bank
• Manage all necessary documents for salary processing
• Monitor employees' absences
• Record and manage specific information such as allowances and financial records for employees
• Register and track changes in employees' tax status
• Suggest and implement improvement ideas to enhance this process
• Support the implementation of the new ERP version of Microsoft Dynamics
• Invoices confirmation
• Expenses and invoices booking in the ERP
Requirements:
What you must have:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Management or similar
• More than 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience with ERP´s (e.g: primavera, sap, phc…)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Great sense of responsibility

• Ability to meet deadlines
