Currently we are looking for a positive, motivated person to join our team on the position of Junior Payments Support Operator.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering customer questions and requests via e-mails and live chat;
Responding, handling and resolving customer inquiries;
Managing customer accounts and balances;
Recording transactions;
Preparing reports to customers;
Recording details of actions taken.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
Previous experience in related field customer service is an advantage;
Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office);
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Great customer-oriented approach;
Attention to details and accuracy;
Adaptive and Initiative;
Proactive and effective team player;
Available to work in shifts, including weekends - 9:00-17:30 o'clock & 12:30-21:00 o'clock.
University degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance - would be considered a great advantage);
