Junior Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist based in our offices in Athens – Kolonos to evolve our dynamics in Greece and Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, monitoring and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid media platforms.
• Assist in daily account management, including bid adjustments, basic testing and campaign updates.
• Conduct keyword and audience research to support customer acquisition efforts.
• Help prepare performance reports (GA4, Looker Studio) and monitor KPIs such as ROAS and conversions.
• Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with Content & Creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Up to 1 year professional experience in performance marketing position
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and paid media performance metrics.
• Good analytical skills and ability to understand business needs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
