As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we're seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to join our team in London!
You'll be a part of a highly skilled and friendly Operations Team that oversees our business's processes and collaborates with teams across the company to drive projects and initiatives forward. The Operations team spreads across London, Cluj (in Romania), Prague, New York, with opportunities to work across other parts of the world.
The Operations team provides semi-technical support for the Commercial team, creates ad-hoc reports for the business, monitors internal processes and proposes/implements improvements in addition to contributing to monthly reconciliation and the Network Quality team.
The role brings significant opportunity to develop skills across analytics, SQL, project management, cross-team collaboration, and provides the opportunity to lead projects and initiatives. In order to excel in this role, a colleague would be; analytical and business-minded, keen to learn, and able to pick up on new tasks quickly.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse both merchant and publisher performance to optimise traffic as well as resolve any issues raised
• Providing internal technical support, reports, and insights to our Publisher Development and Merchant teams.
• Update and correct commission data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Assess the quality of traffic in our network from a compliance point of view
• Test and expand our merchant network (using our own internal tools)
• Completion of regular monthly and ad hoc reports based on business needs
• Drive initiatives on tasks, propose and manage improvements
Requirements:
• Great analytical skills and attention to detail
• Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
• Deep curiosity, with a sharp inquisitive mind and the conviction, that true success comes from data-led validation at pace
• Pragmatic / Open-minded approach
• Business-minded with the ability to prioritize and understand which tasks and projects are most beneficial for the business
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Happy to challenge assumptions: yours and the ones of the company
• Basic SQL Skills
• Work experience in e-commerce or in comparable positions
