About the Team and Role

As a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist, you’ll work on Chargebackhit — technology that protects online businesses from fraud and chargebacks. The product is mature but runs with the energy of a startup: things evolve fast and decisions are made quickly.

This role puts you at the heart of product operations — connecting services, monitoring performance, and working with data that protects merchants in real time. It’s an ideal opportunity to kick-start your analytics career in fintech.

What you’ll own

• connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention services

• working with the database

• active interaction with other teams: Analytics, Sales, and Account Management

• processing analytical requests from our clients

You’re a great fit if you have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in analytics, programming, mathematics, or a related field

• Strong command of SQL and Excel

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Clear, structured communication skills

• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
