We are seeking a detail-oriented Smart Metering Documentation Specialist to join our team. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of service appointment documentation, enter data precisely, handle sensitive customer information securely, and collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data. Your efforts will significantly contribute to achieving our KPIs and monthly targets, working closely with colleagues to drive success.

Your tasks:

• in our smart metering department you are responsible for checking the documentation of service appointments for correctness and completeness
• you enter data into the system with great care
• you handle sensitive customer data with confidence and you are able to structure them properly
• you get in touch with other departments when it comes to collecting data that is necessary for your tasks
• you make a significant contribution to achieving our KPIs and are largely responsible for achieving our monthly targets by working closely together with your colleagues

 

What you’ll have to bring:

• you are a strong communicator and a team player
• you are characterized by a fast but careful way of working
• you have a quick perception and getting familiar with new software tools is no problem for you
• you show initiative and provide important input with your ideas
• English is required

40h/week in shifts 08:00-17:00 / 12:00-21:00 

💰 Compensation

 Gross annual salary of 770,000 Lek

  Annual bonus of 100,000 Lek based on performance.
