We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Manager for our Technology Operations Management (TOM) process in the Nordics. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our Technology Operating Model, while assisting with compliance and governance activities across our technology landscape. 

You will be placed in Stockholm as part of the Internal IT team, working closely with the TOM Manager and statement leads across Deloitte in the Nordics. Key responsibilities in the role

Operations Management Support 

• Assist in managing and maintaining the IT solutions repository of compliant solutions 

• Support the development and maintenance of the TOM assessment backlog and pipeline 

• Coordinate with statement leads to track progress on TOM initiatives 

• Document and organize TOM processes and procedures 

Governance and Compliance Support 

• Support risk identification and mitigation activities associated with TOM 

• Assist in enforcing policies and procedures for technology management 

• Help ensure alignment with regulatory requirements 

• Support compliance documentation and reporting activities 

Performance Improvement 

• Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics 

• Support data collection and analysis to inform process improvements 

• Help identify and document process improvement opportunities 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the TOM Manager 

Stakeholder Coordination 

• Support communication and coordination with statement leads and business units 

• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and governance forums 

• Help maintain stakeholder engagement and alignment 

• Support documentation of decisions and action items 

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 

• 1-2 years of professional experience in IT operations, technology management or risk related fields. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

• Competency in both business and technology concepts 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

Desired Skills 

• Experience with risk management, governance, or compliance activities 

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) 

• Experience with process documentation and improvement methodologies 

• Knowledge of solution architecture, hosting/cloud, or cybersecurity concepts 

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies 

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes 

• Interest in developing expertise in technology operations and governance
