What we are looking for We are looking for a Backend Engineer who will help in scaling our capacity to serve and help us continue offering the best service. You will contribute in building the platform that drives thousands of orders a day from merchants to customers in a predictable and performant manner. As part of the API team you will be responsible for adding new capabilities and services to our product. From day one, you'll be given top priority business problems and you'll be working directly with the founding team to solve them. Examples of recently completed projects similar to what you will be working on: Warehouse scanning and sorting system for preparing driver packages Automated returns to merchant handling Software to handle delivery to network of automated parcel machines If you are passionate about building performant and scalable real-time solutions around routing, optimization and customer service, come join us! Requirements: Your Skills & Experience Experience At least 2 years of experience working as a Software Engineer in a professional setting Proven experience in Javascript/Typescript and PostgreSQL/MySQL or the ability to ramp up quickly Solid understanding of web and systems architecture Skills Ability to clearly articulate business value of your work Comfortable with fast-paced environments Highly motivated by the impact of your work Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity We would appreciate if you have Passion to solve complex problems Drive for continuous personal improvement Eagerness to help the rest of your team
