Junior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and report issues to senior team members.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for network connectivity problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in the documentation of network configurations and operational procedures.
• Assist in managing network security measures and monitoring tools.
• Engage in training sessions and development programs to enhance your technical skills.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to support network improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in network engineering or related IT roles.
• Basic understanding of networking principles, protocols, and devices (e.g., TCP/IP, routers, switches).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (in progress or completed) are a plus.
