Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Junior MT4/MT5 Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of MT4/5 trading platforms, including bridges, plugins, and related applications, by following provided instructions and addressing any technical issues that arise.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth functionalities and operations of MT4/5 trading platforms, bridge technologies and third-party applications

Manage and monitor the liquidity providers for price quotes and solve any issues that might arise

Offer better trading experience by using third party applications for different monitoring

Use of 3rd party applications for different monitoring and offering better trading experience

Configure and modify MT4/5 settings, such as groups, securities, margin, leverage etc.

Configure and modify bridge settings, such as markup, slippages, execution delays etc.

Group allocations and accounts set up for trading new products

Install and configurate of server-side plugins

Implement the creation and termination of future contracts, and holidays

Create and update new offers (instruments, groups, etc.) on the MT4/5 platforms, bridges and any related third-party applications

Senior team-members when update/upgrade is available for MT4/5 or any third part application

Restart daily the MT4/5 trading platforms and Bridges, during market break

Handle any price quotes issue in the real-time server, such as price freezing, price gaps, and filtration levels

Resolve any trade/account related issues, raised by any department, in timely parameters

Assist Dealing and Hedge Departments to balance the books’ exposures based on instructions given

Collaborate with other departments to offer streamline trading experience

Follow any implementation instructions given by department managers and other senior team members

Any other duties relevant to the role

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or relevant

2+ Years’ experience in similar role within Forex industry

Fluent in English (Both written and oral)

Computer Literate

Excellent communication and problem- solving skills

Fast learner and able to adapt to any changes

Further Info:

Candidate should be able to work 3 shifts to cover 24H (rotation)

Shift A (7am to 3pm) Shift B (3PM to 11pm) Shift (11pm to 7am)

The role is in Limassol, Cyprus
