Job Description

We are looking for a Junior/Middle M365/Power Platform Developer to join our team and support the development and maintenance of business applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will contribute to creating and improving scalable solutions that support daily operations and business needs.

Who we are looking for:

A junior or mid-level Power Platform developer with practical experience in building apps, workflows, and simple integrations. You should be eager to learn, grow your technical skills, and collaborate with more senior team members on solution design and best practices.

As a Junior/Middle M365/Power Platform Developer, you will:

• Develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Support ongoing improvements, troubleshooting, and enhancements of existing solutions.
• Help with basic administration tasks, such as:• Maintaining environments
• Supporting data loss prevention policies
• Monitoring platform usage
• Preparing documentation and following established processes

We would also like you to have:

• 1-2 years of experience working with Power Platform 
• Understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Interest or initial experience with ALM or Center of Excellence practices
• General understanding of security, roles, and licensing concepts
• Upper-intermediate English level

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Power Platform analytics or administrative tools
• Broader exposure to M365 or willingness to extend your skills in platform management
