In this role, you will::
• Oversee bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate and timely entry into accounting systems and financial records.
• Review supporting documents for operating costs, including staff claims, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and the Company’s internal policies.
• Monitor and update Purchase Order files on a daily basis to ensure proper tracking and approval control.
• Prepare and coordinate tax declarations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring timely submission and payment.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly statutory financial reports.
• Take charge of monthly client billing for the Singapore entity, including reviewing the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual terms.
• Oversee treasury management for the Singapore entity, including payment processing via Citibank and Wise, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and cash control.
• Monitor and track Singapore revenue performance and outstanding receivables, including follow-up support and reporting on collection status.
• Monitor Summit P&L performance and provide financial tracking and variance analysis as required.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including reviewing and reconciling actual statutory figures against VPL reporting for Singapore.
• Assist with tax matters and support audit procedures, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline financial processes and internal controls.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by team leads or management.
What you will bring::
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
