Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand, find a Junior Media Buyer who’s eager to grow within a performance-driven paid media team.

In this role, you’ll support the setup, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, while learning how to analyze performance data, test creative effectively, and scale winning campaigns in a structured way.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who wants real exposure to performance marketing and clear growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, launch, and daily management of Meta ad campaigns
• Assist with creative testing across formats, hooks, and messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and help identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Learn how to iterate on campaigns based on data and performance insights
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand what drives conversions
• Help maintain account organization, reporting, and basic performance documentation

Requirements

Must-Have

• Some hands-on experience managing or supporting Meta ad accounts (agency, in-house, freelance, or personal projects)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn through testing and iteration
• Curiosity about paid media, performance marketing, and consumer psychology
• Ability to work primarily within Romania Time (EET)
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
• Exposure to creative testing frameworks or ad analysis
• Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, or conversion tracking
