Junior Marketplace Operations Manager - Partner Business (m/f/d)

We are responsible for the sourcing, onboarding and steering of external partners whose products will be sold in our international online shops. We manage the full journey from the initial contact with partners, contract draftings, integration projects to live business measurements. 

We aim for the shared goal of shaping one of the largest online-fashion-players in Europe. 

As Junior Operations Manager - Partner Business (m/f/d), you'll play a crucial role in expanding our marketplace by verifying partner applications in our Seller Center and reacting to partner requests. Your work directly contributes to the scalability of our business. Additionally, you'll  support us with administrative tasks like contract creation and market research to ensure a steady growth of our partner business .

Responsibilities  

• Develop a deep understanding of ABOUT YOU's Partner Models and their corresponding requirements.
• Respond to inquiries received via email and our service desk
• Manage and verify submitted partner data within our internal tools
• Manage incoming leads, organize the sales pipeline, and maximize conversion opportunities
• Collaborate closely with integration managers and other internal teams  

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Initial relevant professional experience in an administrative role
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent English language skills are essential, as you'll be part of an English-speaking team
• Very good organizational skills, strong hands-on mentality, and flexibility
• High resilience, independence, and a reliable and structured way of working
• Empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
