We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Lead Generation Associate to support marketing, sales, and business development initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics—building campaigns, generating leads, and contributing to brand growth across digital channels.
You will play a key role in executing lead generation strategies, managing social media presence, and supporting content creation for B2B audiences. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will help drive qualified leads, maintain CRM systems, and ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals. The role also offers exposure to global markets and modern marketing practices, particularly within data and digital ecosystems.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and data-driven marketing efforts
• Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Support development of marketing assets such as case studies, newsletters, and campaign materials
• Design creatives including social posts, email banners, and infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
• Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, including list building, template creation, and performance tracking
• Maintain and update CRM systems, track lead pipelines, and prepare campaign performance reports
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align messaging and support campaigns, events, and webinars
• Stay updated on digital marketing, advertising, and data trends to improve campaign effectiveness
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing roles
• Strong writing and content creation skills with a focus on B2B communication
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media marketing strategies
• Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance
