We’re seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Executive & Assistant to support a dynamic UK-based marketing team. Responsibilities
• Support the marketing team with the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Assist in the creation, proofreading, and scheduling of content for social media, email, and website platforms
• Help manage and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, campaign reporting, and file management
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with external suppliers and stakeholders when required
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications and Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or communications role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet connection
