• You manage and maintain the reporting ecosystem for marketing channels and their spend.
• You take ownership of the optimisation of the marketing cost, -budget and -performance reporting processes
• You control and audit the marketing spend to find insights, inefficiencies and opportunities.
• You monitor relevant business numbers to identify opportunities and proactively share recommendations with our marketing- and other business teams
• You collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate non-technical requests into actionable analysis that help optimising the marketing efficiency further
• You critically review relevant KPIs to optimise our client acquisition and -retention

• Previous experience in high-growth environments with dynamic marketing budgets
• Strong SQL skills
• Analytical problem solving
• The ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for business teams
• Experience in data visualisation (e.g. via tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and processes.
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus
