Are you a recent university graduate looking for an exciting marketing role? Or are you still studying and looking for a part-time position alongside your studies. We currently have an open position for a Junior Marketing Coordinator, working on fun, stimulating projects in our Vilvoorde office. Flexible hours to be discussed, and start date in autumn 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dive into Market Research: Help uncover customer trends, analyze competitors, and gain insight into industry developments.

• Create Compelling Content: Contribute to blog posts, social media updates, and website copy while refining your writing skills.

• Run Social Media Channels: Schedule posts, track engagement, and report on key performance metrics to drive our online presence.

• Shape Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate on projects across email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and more.

• Plan Events: Get involved in organizing and coordinating conferences, trade shows, and other impactful events.

• Keep Marketing Materials Fresh: Support updates to presentations, sales tools, and other collateral.

• Assist in Lead Generation: Help with database management, email campaigns, and building connections with prospective clients.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Research emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to our team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current university student or recent graduate – not essential but helpful if your degree is in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management.

• Eager to apply what you’ve learned and gain practical marketing experience.

• Great communicator: You’re confident in your written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.

• Tech-savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are curious about marketing tools.

• Digital Marketing Know-How: Familiarity with social media, SEO, and email marketing is a big plus.

• Organized & Proactive: You manage your time well, prioritize effectively, and bring energy to every task.

• Team Player: Whether you’re working solo or in a group, you’re ready to collaborate and contribute ideas.

• Languages: A good command of Dutch and English is essential; French is a bonus.
