Your mission:
As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy Services to our end customers in every market we operate in and offer ⚡️#NewEnergy to our customers. Your insights will directly influence our strategy, shaping the future of energy services across Europe.

In your role you will:

• Take ownership of market research efforts and share actionable insights with key stakeholders

• Identify trends and opportunities through detailed data analysis, contributing to market expansion and innovative product development

• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and uncover areas for improvement and differentiation

• Build and refine standardized reporting systems to effectively track key metrics and monitor market trends

• Monitor electricity market developments, including price dynamics, regulatory changes, and installation rates, to stay ahead of industry shifts

• Deliver findings in clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions across the organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align energy market strategies with broader business objectives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and shape strategic initiatives

• Contribute to shaping our product strategy by analyzing energy markets and ancillary service markets across Europe and beyond

Your profile:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills

• You have worked with data related to the energy sector or have engaged with topics in the energy industry, showing your ability to apply analytical skills in this field

• You have experience using SQL and Python and are eager to further develop your expertise in these tools

• You have a talent for turning complex data into actionable insights, translating them into clear product requirements that drive innovation

• You are skilled in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint, enabling you to create clear and compelling reports and presentations

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects without compromising on quality or deadlines

• You excel at solving problems creatively and thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift

• You are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken), enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
