Qualifications & Experience
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with accounting systems; Paprika experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite.
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a regional team.
Preferred / Advantageous
• Exposure to management accounting (budgets, forecasts, variance analysis).
• Experience in a service-based, agency, or digital/tech environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Management Accountant to support the APAC finance function across day-to-day accounting activities and management reporting. The role will assist with accounts payable and receivable, expense claim processing, reconciliations, and monthly reporting, as well as support budgeting and variance analysis under the guidance of senior finance team members.
This role supports entities in Singapore and Indonesia, while working closely with the growing team based in the Philippines. Although Greenpark does not currently have a legal entity in the Philippines, this position provides important on-the-ground finance support for the region and plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial data, timely reporting, and effective cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
Management Accounting & Reporting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Help prepare financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices, queries, and payment status.
• Support payment runs and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Assist with client invoicing.
• Support the finance team in following up with clients on outstanding balances.
• Help monitor overdue invoices and contribute to debtor clean-up activities.
Expense Claims
• Process employee expense claims in line with company policy.
• Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate supporting documentation.
General Finance Support
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities.
• Maintain accurate finance records and supporting schedules.
• Support audits and ad-hoc finance requests as required.
• Assist with cashflow entries and forecasting.
• Ad hoc related tasks as required.
