Wat ga je doen?

Als (Junior) Legal Consultant help je financiële instellingen – van gevestigde partijen tot nieuwe (inter)nationale toetreders om compliant te blijven met wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Wft en Wwft.

• Je ondersteunt bij de redactie van Ruler, onze Legal Watch & Compliance tool.

• Je monitort relevante wet- en regelgeving, adviseert klanten hierover en draagt bij aan een gezonde, juridisch verantwoorde bedrijfsvoering in lijn met de eisen van toezichthouders zoals AFM en DNB.

• Je ondersteunt klanten bij contact met toezichthouders, zoals bij onderzoeken, informatieverzoeken of thematische reviews.

• Je bent actief betrokken bij verschillende typen financiële instellingen en bouwt zo brede kennis op van hun activiteiten, processen en documentatie.

• Je werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband met getalenteerde collega’s, waarbij kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

• Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening.
